A small, diversified Italian Farm in the middle of Vermont. Alessandra is from Genova and Stefano is from Torino and together we have opened a farm were we specialize in pastured raised livestock (pork, lamb and chicken) and the production of italian style cured meats. We care about our livrstock wellbeing and to leave our environment better than how we found it.
