Cook's Sugarhouse

ook's Sugarhouse is a small, traditional operation with 160 taps using 3/16" tubing and a diaphragm vacuum pump. They utilize a 2 x 6 SS Leader Revolution wood-fired evaporator and have incorporated new technology and improvements over the past 34 years. The sugarhouse is located just behind the house, and visitors are welcome to stop by and see the operation. They offer maple products and have open house activities such as boiling (weather permitting) and Sugar on Snow. The operation is open on Sundays from 9:30 to 3:30, with specific directions provided for visitors.
