Years ago Matt "Matty O" Cohen took his 15+ years of industry knowledge and broke ground on a 15 barrel brewery near the shores of Lake Champlain in Shelburne, VT. The 3,000 square foot brewery and tasting room were the incubator for Fiddlehead IPA, now the best-selling craft beer in the state of Vermont. Since then Fiddlehead has continued to grow and has become the 28th largest craft brewery in the country, gaining worldwide acclaim with our lineup of approachable, multidimensional beers.
