At St. Johnsbury Distillery, we ferment and distill artisanal rums, gins, vodka, and liqueurs using maple syrup and other locally-sourced ingredients. We also have a master blending program with collaborative spirits including whiskey and maple mezcal. In addition to our spirits, we have our culinary program, Prohibition Kitchen, which encompasses our in-house restaurant and our event & catering offerings.
