The Venetian Cocktail Lounge, opened in 2022, brings back the spirit of 1920s Burlington with its craft cocktails, mocktails, and house-made sodas. Inspired by a family recipe for Venetian Ginger Ale, revived in 2017, the lounge offers a taste of history alongside modern creations.
