Toscano Bistro

Toscano Bistro is a locally owned and operated Casual-Fine Dining restaurant in the heart of Williston. The dinner menu is heavily Italian influenced with flare from French, New American, and Asian cuisine. Our restaurant offers a comfortable up-scale dining atmosphere with locally sourced and European imported produce, an extensive bar program and warm, welcoming service. The facility offers a 100 seat main dining room with an outdoor patio that overlooks Mt. Mansfield for warmer weather months, as well as a separate banquets & events space available for private events of up-to 50 people (Available late Spring of 2025). Toscano plans to open for Lunch Service in early Spring of 2025.
