Twig Farm

Twig Farm is owned by Michael Lee and Emily Sunderman, located in West Cornwall, Vermont. Established in 2005, the farm specializes in handmade cheese using traditional techniques. Initially, the cheese was made from the milk of their own herd of goats, but since 2019, the goats have been moved to Ice House Farm in Goshen, Vermont. Michael Lee continues to make cheese using milk from these goats. The farm also produces hard cider in collaboration with Shacksbury Cider. Twig Farm cheese is distributed wholesale and available at various retail shops and restaurants across the United States. The farm emphasizes privacy and does not sell personal data of its customers.
